Like that's a bad look for the GAA disciplinary system.
And it's a black mark against Sean Hurston, the referee, who's one of the best referees in the country and who did as good a job refereeing that game of the weekend as I think anybody could.
But right being right, he should have sent Jimmy Guinness off.
It's a red card offence.
So he dealt with it.
That's why the CCC can't touch it, because he's already dealt with it.
But he dealt with it in a fashion where he didn't give him any card whatsoever.
So that is a black mark against John Horson.
And I don't know on what basis they didn't go back and issue some sort of suspension to David Clifford.
That's as clear as day as well.

I think it's a good outcome without being a good look.
Because you can't have a system where different people are treated differently by the same rule.
And again, this is one of these things where all the relevant parties will hold their hands up and say, well, we couldn't touch it because the referee is reporting.
The referee will say, well, we saw what we saw.
But that means that there's a problem with the system.
Now, there's a problem with the rule.
