There used to be a time when everything went as far as the DRA because people always took their chance of getting off.
There are very few DRA cases anymore.
But if you take this as an examination of the process by which a disciplinary issue is dealt with by the various parties, first of all, the referee did not issue the appropriate punishment on the day.
Then the CCCC were prohibited from
identifying them afterwards because the referee had dealt with it by not dealing with it but also we're kind of all fairly happy with the outcome because we all think that the rule is bullshit in the first place so there's at least three layers of fault there and like that's why I think this is a good thing because like the whole process is way too convoluted and it's kind of just like not fit for purpose so I'm glad that like it's kind of fallen with a myriad of

There's too many people on the sidelines.
There's too many people who are getting involved.
There was a Moira Ishka there who was getting involved who shouldn't have been on the pitch either.
Managers shouldn't be getting involved.
They shouldn't be pushing players.
