But the simplest thing that people can do that costs them nothing up front is to manage and measure.

That doesn't sound significant, but you think, OK, well, that's actually, what, €7.50?
But you spread that over the course of a year, and that's suddenly €360 that you're saving by just lowering the temperature of your thermostat by two degrees.
So that's the first thing that I would encourage people to do.

And there are lots of circumstances when you can say, OK, well, why isn't your heating system efficient?
Is there anything you could do?
Could you bleed your radiators?
