Um the video was not filmed in in Limerick.
It was filmed in an entirely different um healthcare setting in a different part of the country.

And I suppose my thoughts, as well as being with the family um of the woman in the video, are also with the healthcare workers at University Hospital Limerick, because none of the issues that are there, or very few of the issues that are there anyway, at University Hospital Limerick are the fault of the people who work night and day to keep our health service going.
And I mean, as far as I understand it from speaking to
to senior management at UH UHL that they have had a number of resignations um since this video, which inaccurately portrayed University Hospital Limerick was circulated.
Why?
Why has that happened?
Why has that
because of the volume of abuse and vitriol that staff are are are getting.
And there is an issue obviously
in University H hospital Limerick.
It's a resourcing issue.
We all know what it is.
We're hoping that the addition of the new hospital in in Limerick will finally level up the region in terms of h healthcare investment.
And there are a lot of people in Limerick look who've had terrible experiences at University H hospital Limerick.
But I would say that I think our hospital has really turned a corner in in in in the last couple of
Years, particularly since Sandra Broderick has come in as as o.
I think she's done an important job in terms of, you know, turning the organization a around.
