One of the main drivers that we see in banking choice is ease of doing banking with.
Like, right.
It's fees and rates, sure.
But if I'm thinking about the average person, every year about twelve percent of people change their primary banking institution.
Okay.
That's not really a lot in the great scheme of things and a lot of people don't do it that often.
But when they do.
they don't really want to do it again.
So your couple basis points are not going to make up for the fact that you have poor customer service, that you've closed some branches nearby me, that I can't deposit a check in my digital banking app.
Right.
All of those pieces that are just kind of assumed.
You have to tell people that, right?
If you're a community banking institution, you are going up against the big national pieces.
Why are you the better option?
It's probably not gonna be tech.
It's probably not gonna be access.
What are you doing differently?
Right.
