Something that we have found for a lot of institutions to think about is the idea of a youth account.
And you know, the youth account today I think is kind of interesting because you know, in our research that we have this idea of vulnerability of consumers who are not happy where they are.
They haven't made a switch yet, but they're not happy.
They're dissatisfied, they're looking for new primary share of wallet is falling.
Right.
Pretty much everywhere, millennials are leading that group.
Right.
So forty two, twenty
seven to forty-two generally.
Right.
That's also the group that has young kids.
Right.
So is there a real opportunity to draw in not only the millennials, but their future
access to their kids.
Yes, there is.
The research that we've done is if your parents or guardians have opened a youth account for you, about twenty five percent of those kids, now adults, are at that institution forever.
