You know, honestly, I was out in my backyard, which I am almost every morning at 6 a.m. And I just and literally just recounting all the things that I have to be thankful for and wrote them down in my journal. And I think gratitude and joy really are hand in hand. But if you don't choose them, usually negativity and comparison squelches it out. So it is truly a discipline.

But when I think about, oh, I don't have time for this or I need to move on, I'm like, okay, what are the ramifications of that? If I don't choose joy and gratitude and set my mind there, am I really willing to live with the ramifications of having... Vergleiche, Grieche, Enttäuschung, Selbstversorgung, steigen.
