I mean, there are so many intricacies involved.
Managing people's health and wellness is a serious matter.
So it is going to be at a different pace.
So given all of those complexities, how does the industry really action out that ethos of patient centricity while, you know, applying caution at the same time with tech?

As you think down the line of the next 10 to 15 years, what are you really thinking about in terms of how to plan for that future?
And importantly, how is it different from the past 10 to 15 years?
Yeah.
You mentioned resilience.
So say more about that.
I mean, we all know that word.
We know what it means.
But from an organizational standpoint, what does it take to implement resilience in a practical way?
Yeah, they're not bogged down by the bureaucracy of things.
The other thing you mentioned in the framework of resilience that I want to come back to is that cultural mindset, right?
And that sometimes it's kind of abstract to think about that.
But like you said, so important.
What goes into, I think, first also understanding your cultural mindset, because it can be, you might think you have a certain way about going about things, and that's not really the case.
So you really
do have to be introspective.
