Yeah.

I also like that you said that there's an analytical side to this because, again, like you can think of culture as an emotional thing.

But if you really want to change something, you do have to think about it in that framework.

What about, you know, when organizations are thinking about their future, their competitive standing, how does that play into their thinking on a longer-term scale?

What does it take for an organization to stand out?
