And, you know, indeed, healthcare, the healthcare industry is a complex one in many ways, understandably so.
But it's also easy to understand why people are frustrated by that complexity.
So what do healthcare leaders need to do to address those concerns and regain, rebuild the public trust in the system?
Yeah.
So let's zoom in to that idea of putting the patient at the center.
What do leaders need to do to achieve that mission?
And I mean, not just when times are relatively easy, because then it's easier to think about these things, like you said, holistically, but also when they're faced with challenges, right?
You're already stressed and frustrated.
Yeah.
So I want to shift focus a little bit and talk about leadership in different scenarios.
And I know something that you and I have talked about in the past is, and this has really stuck with me because I think it's such an interesting way to think about leadership, but leadership through crisis.
versus leadership through significant change, versus leadership through uncertainty.
So let's pull on each of those threads, maybe start with leadership through crisis, what's unique in those situations, and how do stakeholders and leaders think through those situations.
We've all gone through the pandemic fairly recently, that was a big one, but there are so many different types of crises.
Yeah.
You've got to find the silver lining somewhere, right?
And it's always important to find the lessons from these tough times.
What about leading through significant change?
How is that different?
The last one is uncertainty.
