That's often the boogie word and understandably so, you know, it's tough to plan for what you don't know.
So I want to ask you about that.
But I think it also sort of goes along with the more traditional way of thinking about strategic planning, which is short term versus long term.
So, you know, maybe you can talk to me about leading through uncertainty as well as the importance of managing different timelines in parallel.
Yeah, I think uncertainty might be more inherent to healthcare compared to some of the others.
Drew, you've already mentioned the importance of tech in healthcare.
Obviously, AI in particular is progressing at the speed of light.
And naturally, healthcare needs to approach it with some caution.
It's a different situation, but also embrace it.
How do you think about AI, the future of healthcare and AI together?
Yeah.
I have just one last question for you, Drew.
If you had a magic wand, how would you wave it to make the healthcare industry, the public health sector better?
Or, you know, one or two things that you think are the most important?
Drew, I really hope you get that magic wand because that sounds wonderful.
But I know feeling getting that magic wand, you will be working toward that future as yourself, clients.
So thank you again so much for taking the time today to share your thoughts on what true leadership looks like in healthcare and where we can improve and what's working well for now.
