So that's what I've done is like I would have laughed so hard if somebody would have told me that I would be on social media.

your content creator yes that's right it's so hard for me to say that because it just sounds funny but a change in perspective and what you're giving power to determines what your life's gonna look like yeah and i feel like the second i made that decision and my dad would say the same thing the second he made that decision his life looks so different now he's just yeah he's just thriving he's thriving

He's still in pain.

He still struggles from time to time.

But like, I feel like we both in our own time had to heal from those things.

And we're both very different people that still just as tight as we were.

I know that that accident was not my fault.

We've talked about that in depth, you know, like.

It was a freak accident.

It just was a thing, you know, and yeah.

But yeah, that's what I'm doing now is trying to share that with other people that like,

You just can get stuck in that for so many years.

So many years you can get stuck in that.

And, like, having watched my dad just be in that, there was no pulling him out.

Like, there just wasn't.

Right.

And you know they have so much potential.

feels like they're there like you have potential you know like you have potential you can pull yourself out of that and yeah I just feel like sharing that on social media sharing my weight loss journey I have like bared it all my bare stomach yeah like all of it and I just want it to be relatable to somebody else
