I agree with you.

I'm not going to have a go at you for that.

But you need to help that player.

If he isn't seeing what you're seeing, how are you going to get him to your level to get him to see what you want him to see?

Because if he does, he's going to make you a better player.

So by learning, like by being around that type of stuff, that was something I was, unfortunately, I learned a little bit too late.

But now I sort of understand a lot of what the managers I got on with, how they were able to handle me, also to give me the tools to be able to handle other players like myself.

Yeah, in a lot of ways.

But also, like I always go back to

um if he didn't work hard then he wouldn't be with me i wouldn't tolerate it i wouldn't i wouldn't accept it um if he didn't you know if he wasn't willing to work and show the right examples and training then he ain't gonna get the opportunity to play so he's he's gonna hit it in a negative way but also then if you have someone who's

willing and he's dedicated to his to being the best he can be not the best that is or best who's you know better than this better than that the best he can be and he wants to improve there are always ways you can work around the player there there are always ways then well how can I get him to be to look at certain things or look at it a little bit differently to what he's seeing it but the raw essentials of what you want in a player they're there they're there I've just got to get him now where

And then if you put that in place and you show the player, like I have to go with those players because I look at it myself.
