No, definitely not.
I was in the room when Tony Bloom said to a room full of Hearts supporters that not only would he be disappointed if Hearts didn't win the league in the next 10 years, he said that the top two could be disrupted as quickly as this season.

including myself there was sort of like a sharp intake of breath everything else he had said up to that point including winning the league over the 10 years was sort of applauded and welcomed but that was the one thing that people were like wait a minute um hearts are a bottom six club as it stands so yeah i did not see this coming whatsoever i did expect good things from derrick mckinnis i thought everything had fallen into place with hearts not being in europe and um
having a sort of pre-season with the League Cup.
So I expected a positive start going into the league, but nowhere near as good as this.
I would say three main factors.
One I've just mentioned is Derek McInnes.
He was definitely the type of manager that Hearts needed to come in.
I mean, I'm not somebody who's wedded to someone who knows the Scottish League and all that kind of stuff, but it's definitely what Hearts needed in the summer and it's been proven correctly because I think Hearts have picked up points that a manager without that Scottish football experience maybe wouldn't have got.

You've mentioned one there in Claudio Braga, Alexandros Kizaridis, although he's not been quite as good as the start of the season.
There's another one.
And then you've got players like Thomas Magnusson coming through just now as well.
Players who have had to bide their time and there's more of those in reserve as well.
But the third factor has been the players that were already there.
