Craig Cardella

Craig Cardella faces numerous counts in Burlington County, including 17 counts of first-degree kidnapping and 18 counts each of aggravated criminal sexual conduct, invasion of privacy, and endangering another person, as well as a single count of stalking.

Investigators say one tenant said he awakened to find a man he said was Cardella in bed with him, touching him inappropriately.

Additional evidence, such as bottles of liquid found to be chloroform, a camcorder, and digital storage devices, led to the charges.

Cardella has pleaded not guilty to all the counts.

The case appears headed to trial.
