The arrangement settles concerns from lawmakers about Chinese influence and data collection.
Chapter 2: How are activists responding to the crackdown in Iran?
Congress passed a law in 2024 banning TikTok in the U.S. unless the app was sold, though President Trump has signed several extensions allowing a deal to be pursued and implemented.

The storm expected to begin tomorrow in New Mexico and Texas, work its way across the south, then turn toward the northeast late this weekend.
Saturday is going to be the worst in the central part of the U.S. over into the Ohio Valley. Looks like a pretty decent snowstorm up in the Ohio Valley, too. Nashville, you're on the wrong side of the storm. You're going to get more ice than snow. I know a few days ago it looked like we could have ended up with a snowstorm in Nashville, but that's not going to happen.
And then the northeast gets the big snow. This is going to be the biggest snow that we've seen in the northeast for quite a while. But these ice totals that we're forecasting here. Really a big problem. Shreveport could see up to three quarters of an inch, some spots around Memphis, maybe even up to an inch of ice. That's devastating. That's going to put the power out for quite a while.

Investigators say one tenant said he awakened to find a man he said was Cardella in bed with him, touching him inappropriately.
