they brought in and that were that left.

Um there weren't many occasions where it was players within the spine.

It was very much around this core group of players that they wanted to move forward.

And that like that sort of erosion of culture because you lose personnel and you lose leadership.

And so what then happens is if players don't and players don't feel as if they're either part of it or feel like they've got a future within it, then what happens is the culture begins to erode and the players that have been part of cultivating that culture
