I think if Roberts played more minutes last season here and there at times when we thought Villy maybe should have and could have, you know, there's a world in which you're able to talk him in to stay in for another season.

Now, whether people think that's right or wrong, but he was a cultural architect, and so if we're talking about the erosion erosion of culture, that's there.

You know, there's the you know what happens with Salah, there's you know, there's there's various sort of aspects and players.

That you can look at and points within all of this that that see the culture get to where it is.

And it's that's not something from the outside that we're discussing as a potential issue.

That's something that literally Robert Summers coming out and saying uh on Instagram and talked about in interviews.

Salah did the same.

You know, we saw it all over last season, like what had happened, that there seemed to be they'd gone from this family to this point where.

where everything was disjointed.

Um so it's the impact that all of these decisions have, uh both in the short term and the long term, within that that idea of squad building, because ultimately what happens is players leave rather than you getting to choose whether they leave in the way that Michael Edwards was able to do with Winaldam and Henderson and so on.

And I think that SAR can be a little bit both in enabling uh Verts and Isaac to

be the best version themselves, you know, the the the intensity at which he works, it you know aligns what the new manager wants.
