yeah but I'm into that I quite enjoy watching like you know mad games I'm looking forward to the Mexico one first and then Canada after I think it is but yeah a lot of fixtures have you done a predictor not yet no I will I will I'll show something I've got a world chart I know I'm excited about your world chart yeah I was 10 feeling about the world chart he is excited yeah at least so yeah
I'll pay if it's for the tournament I'll pay what I had during the last World Cup because Arlo had just been born so I was in the trenches firmly but obviously it was during November sort of December time so I was not watching the games at the times they were on and going on to BBC and trying to close my eyes and then watch the game without knowing what the scores were so I mean all the best is what I'd say
got Jordan into action Paddy's doing this one into action to cut it all together and tell a story about Scotland going to the World Cup so that will be out on the Anfield app for free on Friday so do check that out as and when it comes excited to see it yeah I'm excited to see it I got excited every time I saw or heard a Scottish person on holidays and then I had to go and speak to them because of the World Cup I just can't imagine being them at the minute with this coming up and how excited they'll all be I did that with Palace fans on the last day of the season
Yeah, I'm quite, it's not jealousy.
I'm just quite excited to see them have a good time from afar.
Do you know what I mean?
The times of the kickoffs, anyone you spoke to, they were like, yeah, fucking hell, we're going to have to do well to remember these games is their biggest concern, I think.
But what a nice concern to have.
But no, I'm excited.
I'm excited to see what Paddy's pulled together there.
Because while we were there and we were listening to these people talk,
so much of it about Scotland was just so exciting and like the little bits that you were learning about like Robbo's influence on the culture and just the culture itself was just really interesting how much they all fucking love playing with each other and how much they're all fucking excited to play at the World Cup together and they've never got off the groups so there's a real opportunity for this team to do something that no Scotland team's ever done
Well, my first ever World Cup memory is 98, Scotland playing Brazil in their first game.
And I think they played them this year again, don't they?
Oh yeah, well, it's not a surprise really, is it?
We've actually got a song and it's We're Not Brazil, We're Not Ireland.
There we go.
I remember Michael Owen scoring the goal against Argentina and that's my first memory of sitting down and watching a full game and my mind was blown that a Liverpool player had just done this at the World Cup to Argentina.
None of this made any sense to me and that's why it's so exciting.
We've seen World Cups now, do you know what I mean?
