How do I say it?
Well, easily used, less glitchy.
We hired a full-time developer last summer who's come in and worked on it and has built it from scratch as one app.
So whenever there's an issue with one, that it sorts the other.
And I'm just really excited about it because the app's been really important in a number of ways and it's been really frustrating as well over the years because we've known at different times that it's not up to the sort of like the standard that we would want in terms of the glitches, the fixes that were needed.
But there's loads of opportunities with it now that, you know, I know you've got and it will be in the first iteration around lives.
And that's what's helpful, having your own developers.
Yeah, it's like last time it wasn't happening at launches, but then having to add more, it's difficult, it's costly and all of that.
Obviously, the last time we launched, then there was a global pandemic, which, like, hurt the business in loads of ways.
And made loads of people ill and sick and did something bad.

everything that we thought we knew about your behaviors and um like subscription trends and spikes and what to expect in particular moments just changed completely post pandemic because football had changed the world had changed um and people's lives had changed so um the app actually um we made like a sort of a slight change around the app um and that really helped sort of
bring us back to to uh how you would see things prior to the pandemic so it's been really important we've known that the actual product itself just hasn't been up there but everything that we've done has been driven by um your feedback so um you know through the countless subscriber surveys over the years you know we know people have been asking in the subscriber group you know can we have a search function can we do this everything in there has been driven by that and so we hope it'll be a really sort of positive experience now going forward he says
