Rob Hurst, I think it's interesting that when you got time with Jurgen Linders, they admitted to at least being aware of Taw.

This gave me the sense that they were tapped into the collective consciousness of supporters.

I'm interested to know to what extent you think that's important, if at all that the manager and or staff are engaged in the general mood of supporters.

Through sources like Taw, I feel like it's a great way for them to read the room outside of the heat of the games themselves.

I have opinions.

Because we've lived through Jurgen, I think what Jurgen was brilliant at over the years was...

using the Anfield Rap, so let's just talk specifically about the Anfield Rap here, using the Anfield Rap as a vehicle to send a message to supporters about a particular topic or a particular something, a way in which he felt about something.

So like there'll be times, I remember there was one mix zone where John asked him a question and he sort of answers it and then he gets stuck into something else.

And you could tell he'd seen John and gone, I'm going to talk to him about this and he gets stuck into it.

And so I think over the years, Jurgen really understood what we and other fan communities, not just fan media, just like, you know, the likes of Boss Night and, you know, and everything, Spankop and everything that surrounds Liverpool's sort of fan culture.

I think he really understood how to harness that and really understood the importance of that and how it could help drive the team and how everything drives each other and feeds each other.

And, you know, I think

being completely honest, and this isn't... Being completely honest with Arna.

Arna was the opposite.
