It makes no sense.

Just to summarize for listeners, cardholders now have two options to earn rewards on housing payments through built for built card holders.

The first is option one, where you earn rewards based on a ratio of their housing payment, how much they actually spend on the card each month, and that's anywhere between 50% to 125% of the total amount that you put on the card.

Or the second is the built cash option, which allows you to effectively buy build.

Built points for housing payments at a 3% transaction fee, but you can use the built cash for other ways like getting $10 off per month at Walgreens or towards a hotel.

Or you can use built cash to effectively redeem built points for housing payments, where you get three points per dollar that you spend on either rent or your mortgage.

And another option is to use it towards built merchants, like you can get $10 off per month at Walgreens or use it towards

hotels and the built travel portal or a variety of other options.

So I've been a Built fanboy since Built launched back in 2022.

I've been a card holder since then.

I've undergone the transition from Evolve Bank.

to Wells Fargo and now Wells Fargo to Column NA Bank.

So I went with the Built Palladium card, transitioned my card to the Built Palladium.

I think the transfer partner is an ease of earning points through that card and the Racketton shopping portal make it the best rewards program out there.

And I know that's possibly a hot take for our chase stands out there.

But high praise

I actually set it up for both of my mortgages and a land lease that I have and I pay all three through built, but sometimes I choose a payment option with another card where I don't own build points and a center and airline miles, and I think we'll get to that in a little bit.

I use the built palladium card for almost everything.
