It allows me to accrue built cash at a pretty high clip.

Like for one of my properties, I had to pay eight thousand dollars for a new air conditioner.

So that alone gave me a whole stack of built cash.

Beyond that, I have once or twice uh swip switched to the non-built cash option so that I can earn points on housing payments if I don't necessarily have the built cash to earn points by redeeming the built cash.

Yeah, you can switch which option one or option two that you use each month.

So you can switch it once a month.

Primarily I use option two, which is the built cash route, and then spend my built cash on the points accelerator, which allows me to earn an extra one X.

So it's a three X total on my palladium spend.

And the rest of it goes towards points on housing.

And if I don't have enough built cash to cover that, then I switch back to option one and then at least earn some points on my housing.

Housing payments.

The limits are too low.

Like I tried once, I was in Walgreens and was like, All right, let me go into the build app Yeah, get your little ten dollar gift

It took fifteen minutes for me to get my ten dollar gift card and the QR code wouldn't scan once I got to the register.

So I'd rather just buy my toothbrush without the built app.

Yeah, I actually said that in the article that I wrote after the Built 2.0 launch that I think these are great standalone cards, all three of them, regardless of whether you use the built cash for housing payments or to accrue points on housing payments.

I do that.

I think it's easy.
