Yeah, the Mahi brothers, two of my favorite Euler employees, Justin and Sean, had Kelly Buckberger and I come in and say a few words to the prospects.
It's always kind of entertaining to see the wide-eyed youngsters.
A couple of pretty accomplished women hockey players, too.
One played for the U.S.
Olympic team and
yeah it was a sharp group of uh young kids what sort of things and you and me did an event for the sports corporation about uh three weeks ago but what sort of things do you reinforce at an event like that uh just you know my experience with development and uh you know trying to expedite the timeline between
what your maximum performance level is and where you are now.
And that's really, you know, the secret sauce that any organization is trying to do with their young players is to expedite their maximum performance level.
And, you know, you try and impart upon them the habits that you need.
And, you know, I've been around it for a lot of years as Justin Mahe has been doing it.
And he reminded me for the last 15 years that,
You know, there are always the same issues that stunt development and the same issues that expedite it.
And, you know, really work ethic, discipline, attentiveness, you know, because you got to remember a lot of these guys.
get to this level where they haven't experienced any failure.
And the level of competition is accelerated at this level.
And you're not quite as dominant as you were.
And you can struggle.
And, you know, they don't really have a reference point for a lot of these struggles.
And, you know, you're waiting.
