I think, you know, ultimately they got the call right.
And that's, you know, part and parcel why video replay is there.
I mean, it looked,
fairly obvious to everybody that the thing was in.
It was the sequencing of events that led to that.
But I think the bottom line for me is that all those goals are reviewed.
And, you know, when you're talking about a coach's challenge for a goaltender interference or something like that, then the call on the ice is more impactful in the decision-making.
But when you're just talking about a goal,
then that's going to be reviewed uh in toronto all the time and i don't i don't know that they did a good job getting that out there they hung the referees out to dry a little bit because yeah they're it looked like they guessed that it was a goal on the ice they took some information in from the crowd and from paling celebration and you know decided they were going to go with
Good goal on the ice, but I don't think that had any impact at all in the decision of declaring it a goal.
