I rarely walked away from the rink as a coach unhappy with the effort.

step up and you know there's no nothing more motivating than failure and he he failed last year and those guys they seldom fail and uh when they're faced with failure that provides the impetus for development and work ethic and put on uh put in the training so he'll be good and prepared and know what the challenge is ahead i'm hopeful that
that he can step up.
