the opposite is true you miss three or four days and come back your legs are you know still pretty tired and your your skills have diminished a bit but if you get a good long break like they have most of them obviously the olympians are going to come in a little bit winded for sure it's good i mean they extended a lot of energy over there especially connor and the stars but uh matched
