Whether you're a financial institution or a fintech or a network, you need the collaboration of the ecosystem to make it successful.

I think it's hovering on success.
Definitely some pockets of success out there.
um but i think the to to actually get it really moving forward um i think there needs to be some government-based initiatives maybe um federal-based initiatives or even local state um to encourage government payments to be by pay by bank that's what will make a difference it's it's a common sort of a it's almost a statement that's made across the world that about 20 of any
country's payments are typically government-based.
So when government makes a shift in order to do something, then it kind of moves the whole industry along.
And I think pay-by-bank would benefit from that.

You can't build... History is littered with examples of fantastic-looking innovation that
delivered with a terrible user interface, and then the innovation fails.
So make sure you've got the right user experience.
Make sure your customer is able to use that thing without a user manual, because no one reads user manuals anymore, believe it or not.
And I think as men, we both recognize we haven't read a user manual in years, but actually that's more common across the rest of society now that
You expect to be able to pick something up and it should instantly be usable because it's what you would expect.
