So you've got to understand the numbers in your business.
But it's not just understanding the numbers in the business.
It's about understanding how cash works.
The flow of money coming into your business, the flow of money going out of your business.
And when I say this next thing, it's so simple.
And you're gonna go, Yeah, I get that, Craig.
But my question is then, why aren't you doing it?
It's it's very simple.
Drawing a profitable business, you've got to make sure that you've got more money coming into your business than you've got going out.
And that sounds simple, but the vast majority of small to medium-sized businesses have got cash flow problems.
Not everybody's rolling in cash, you know.
Even though your subbies and your staff and your family and friends think you're all stinking loaded and you're multimillionaires 'cause you run your business, I know deep down behind it all, many people are struggling financially.
And all we've got to do is speed up the flow of cash coming in.
Slow down the amount of speed of the cash going out and make sure that there's more money coming in than there is going out.
But to do that, you've got to understand the numbers in your business.
Now
