That's the idea we're bringing a team in.
But it's really sad that
A lot of business owners have got a team, whether they're employed staff or subcontractors.
And in actual fact, the team is either costing them time, right?
And not saving them any time.
They're actually costing them time because of their attitude, because of the mistakes that they make on the job or their timekeeping.
Yeah, it's it's crap.
So they're costing you time.
Or you've got a team that's losing your money because they're doing the job wrong, or they're cutting corners, or they're not doing it to your standards, and you've got to keep going back to that job to put things right.
Or they the job that you've earmarked that should take two days has now took three days because they've been tossing it off playing on the phone and messing about on job.

Some of you will be employing people that are costing you time and costing you money.
And deep down, you might know that you've got a few bad apples in your barrel, but because of the mindset is, well, I've got all this work on.
If I sack them off, who's going to do all the work?
