I mean, really, really, if that's what you're saying to yourself and you're running a business that you're prepared to put up with people shafting you, doing substandard work, taking the piss, costing you time and money, and you're letting this happen to yourself, you're never gonna get where you wanna be.
So how do we build and grow a successful team that actually is gonna make us money and save us time?
Well, there are four key areas that you've got to work on.

I call these the four foundations of building the ultimate team.
Foundation number one
Is the vision.
You see, most business owners are running round in chaos on a daily basis.
We've already said that lots of people are on that treadmill and on that hamster wheel and they've lost focus and clarity of what that vision looks like.
So if you've lost clarity and you're winging it and you don't know really where you're going and you're bringing a team in,
Remember that team is designed to help you to get to that end goal quicker.
But how can the team help you get to an end goal that you, the business owner, doesn't even know exists?
And even if you did, you've got to share that vision with your team.
Because your team's brought in to help you get that vision quicker.
So they need to know what that vision looks like.
