If you're allowing this to happen, then people will do it because that's the rules that they've been playing by for other people.
So when they come to your business, it's up to you, the business owner, to establish the rules of your game.
This is what you can do and what I'm expecting you to do in my business.
These are the things that you cannot do and I don't want you to do in my business.
And the consequences of breaking these rules will be X, Y, and Z.
So if you do not woman
Your team driving round in your branded vehicles with McDonald's, cups, delivery tickets, old newspapers on your dashboard, and the apprentice with his boots off, with sweaty socks on dashboard, because he's put his feet on dashboard.
And now everybody who pulls up at traffic lights are looking at this, right?
If you don't want that to happen, you've got to explain.
Explain to your team, you can't do this.
These are my standards, these are my morals, these are my values, these are my beliefs, this is how I play the game.
You or my team players, you've got to play the game the same way in which I do.
