What we've got to do is we've got to be an expert in managing our time.
And over these 32 years, I've made some terrible mistakes when it comes to time.

We can start to generate more profitable leads, systemize the business.
I've time to spend looking at the numbers in the business to increase the profit margins, build a team, and properly scale our business.
But we can't do all that if we're rushing around like blue horse flies and headless chickens firefighting day in, day out.
