But if we're gonna get bogged down in the day-to-day running of the business and not focus long term on the vision and where we're heading, this is sometimes where we can hit this wall and this bottleneck where we're on this hamster wheel and we can't seem to get off it.
So we need to make sure that you fully understand what your twelve month vision
Of your businesses.
You need to make sure that you've got a 12-month plan of where you're heading.
And then we need to break that n that 12-month plan.
Down into a ninety day action plan.
So we end up creating the 12-month vision, that's the direction we're heading in.
We then create a 12-month business plan and then we break that business plan down into four quarters and we take quarter one, which is a 90-day, 13-week plan, and we get working on putting that vision together.
Putting that plan together.
Because if you're on the hamster wheel and you don't have any crystal clear clarity and plan of where you're going, you could be going 100 mile an hour in one direction when in actual fact you should have been going in the total opposite direction.
And now you're moving further away from coming off the tools and coming away from the goal because you're on the hamster wheel and you're winging it.
Literally winging it up, making it
Up as you go along, week to week, month to month, and that is nowhere, you're never going to get to where you are.
where you wanna be if you're just winging it.
