You know, that's that's a great accomplishment to just be mentioned in the same breath with this amazing baseball player and humanitarian who unfortunately was taken away from us trying to serve others.
Not sure if everyone knows the story behind it, but he dies in a plane crash going to help people in Nicaragua.
And I emphasize Nicaragua because he's Puerto Rican.
He wasn't even doing it in his home country.
He saw people that needed
Help.
He went to go help him, and unfortunately, he was taken away from us way too soon.
But this is the type of individual that he was.
So for your audience that is listening and watching, if you ever follow the Jays to Pittsburgh to go see them play against the Pirates, you have to go to the Roberto Clemente Museum.
It is an amazing place.
Their executive director put it on beautifully.
It's not too far from.
The ballpark, but you'll see not only the history of him, but just some other things in sport.
Just so amazing to see.
And I honestly think, you know, if I were a commissioner in baseball, there's a couple things I would make mandatory for every player coming up to the big leagues.
If you're fortunate enough to play in Cooperstown in that game, you have to make a visit to the museum.
If you're in Kansas City, you gotta go to the Negro Leagues Museum.
