You know, here's a measuring tape, go away and come back with the answer.
So it's a lot of kind of project-based stuff, lots of experiences.
Yeah, so the first ever city-wise programmes happened in 1991, actually, in Amy industry.
Then kind of the kind of mid-90s, it ended up out in Tala and would have had a number of different operations, like not just in Dublin, but also kind of further afield.
We had a centre in Belfast, some activities in Limerick and in Galway.
When the crash came, a lot of that was consolidated in Tala because that's where we own our own building, thankfully.
And how did that come about?
Yeah, CityWise was started by a school teacher, actually.
And apparently the story goes that...
You know, he was giving out... At the time in the 90s, it was a big... The big issue of the day was people smashing car windows and popping the radio out.
They obviously wouldn't pop out today, but at the time... And selling them for a few quid.
And he was kind of having a bit of a... He was giving out a little bit about this and someone said... He said, someone should do something about this.
And a friend of him said, well, off you go and do it.
So then I suppose in...
In Tala, we would have operated out of a council house, so the council would have been supported city-wise.
South Dublin County Council gave a three-bedroom house.
The bedrooms were all converted into classrooms and the downstairs sitting room was a kind of an office and ran programmes out of there until about 2005 when our existing centre was built.
A big part of the CityWise story has always been kind of a certain level of ambition where I was encouraging the young people to think about what's next and to move on to bigger and better things.
And that's been part of the CityWise story.
