Um, you know, sort of central tendency bias.
And that's when we thought to ourselves, Well, why w actually why are we doing it this way?
Why not get the AI to do some comparative judgment too?
And actually what we found is the AI is really good at it.
It's much better at comparative judgment than absolute judgment.
So in that sense it is like a human.
But absolutely it's not it's not perfect.
And those things you talk about when you said that there, that doesn't surprise me.
It is quite an erratic technology.
Um
And even with the comparative judgment, it's better at the comparative judgment than the absolute judgment, but it is still isn't perfect.
And it has some biases that humans ha have and some that humans don't have.
So one of the things that we and others have noticed is when you give it two pieces to read and say which is better, it has I think what's called recency bias, but it favours the first piece it's seen.
And actually interestingly, humans don't display that.
So I think we've processed god some crazy number of millions of judgments, about forty million judgments on our website, and we just check to see is there a buyer like at that scale.
it should basically just um perfectly break down fifty fifty left right.
Right?
It's like tossing a coin.
If you tossed forty million coins, uh, unless the coin there's something up with it, you'd be expecting like fifty, fifty heads and tails.
And I think we did pretty much fine.
