I don't think that's everything.

I I think another big thing would be vocabulary.

Right.

And again, the probably the best way of teaching vocabulary

in primary in particular, may not involve any writing.

i uh you know, it might involve lots of reading and lots of talking to develop the meaning, understanding of those new words.

Um and only maybe a little bit of writing and some short writing as well.

So I would say I think sentence structure and vocabulary are are quite decisive.

Um and probably where you would get the biggest bang for your buck.

In terms of improving writing.

Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.

No, it's a really good question.

When we started out, we started out getting the AI to do absolute judgment.

So we started out giving it one piece of writing in a rubric and saying like mark it against the rubric.

Um and actually I would say that's what there's a lot of people doing AI marking and that's what most of them are doing.

And we found the problem with that, there were a number of problems.

And actually the AI wasn't brilliant at that and it had a lot of the same issues that humans have.

And there's been a lot of other research by other people, not just us, that shows that.

One is that the AI, when you ask it to do that, it will

bunch its scores together to the middle, which is a an issue with humans as well.
