You know, the risk is if you don't engage with it, like it engages with you.
You know, you may not be interested in it, but it is interested in you.
And if we if
we don't as a profession, you know, as teachers, as senior managers, engage with it and come up with responses.
The default option that will happen is not we just bumble along as we always were.
The default option is the kids will end up using the AI to write their pieces and the teachers will end up using the AI to market and there is no learning uh going on anywhere.
And that for me, that is the dystopia we have to avoid.

So what I want to see is as I say, like engaging with this seriously.
And saying, What can we do?
Are there ways we can, you know, get students to engage with with the technology?
And as I say, I'm a bit skeptical, especially with younger students that we need to do that, but maybe with older ones.
And how do we get teachers using it in ways that advance learning and help them and help the students?
And and not just that dystopia of it's just all happening in the cloud and it's all just busy work and make work and none of it is adding any value.
Um so that that's what I think as a profession what those are the things we need to be thinking about.
Yeah, and I think you're still going to you might need, I think, look, these are big debates about the the economy of the future or whatever.
My feeling is you're going to still need those human experts, as you say, to translate and make it sensible to other humans.
It may well be you'll need fewer of those and they can be more productive.
I think that's more like that's very likely.
