gosh, that does make more sense.

No, I mean, I think that they're making it better.
I think the only time you see leaders do that stuff is when they're weak leaders.
I don't think we have a generational problem.
I don't think we have a generational problem in this country.
I don't think we have a generational problem in the military.
I think we have a leadership problem that's failing a generation.
Yeah.
And that's the thing.
Like, you know, when you look at all this, you know, you get and I don't know where this came from.
I think it comes from a lack of knowing why.
Right.
And so I think that like leaders get in these positions.
And I think a few of the most I think the why question is a very powerful diagnostic tool.
