There were there were special exceptions that were granted for country ends.

There were also ones that were for events and stuff that people painfully went through and they have been existing forever.

Um anything that we're doing here.

Would or would not affect them.

Whether it's a bed and breakfast or it's a country end.

I mean, we know back in the nineties we did several of those country ends and then we did specials, several that um raspberry, that was a special exception for events and stuff.

They've been doing it since and they've changed hands.

So I'm just making sure that those special exceptions are still valid and they have the ability to transfer with the land sale.
