I've I've been through five different zoning and tonight people and some have been more lax, some have been more strict, some have different opinions and so but it's their opinion that carries the day unless you give specifications of what they're supposed to look at and how they're supposed to rule.

and would love to participate when you bring it to the planning commission to us actually give that kind of guidance to them of what to look at.

Um, I would also say that I d I definitely will support Beth's motion.

And I think what we also have to remember is we're supposed to be trying to encourage business.

And I understand why there's bad players, but you can't make the good people have to suffer more because of some bad actors.

You have to find the common middle that tries to make everybody comply.

Because if not, the over regulations can stymie a good business.
