You have to, as a driver, make yourself attractive enough by performance to get into one of the top seats and then you get into the top seats and you compete against the other drivers in the top seats and you go at it.

By definition, the competitive cycles are so long that if you get into one of those top seats and you perform,

No particular reason to leave after a couple of years.

So you will tend to spend, once you get into a top seat, you will tend to spend most of your career in that team.

So I don't think there's anything particularly wrong with that.
