No gray areas, it's all black and white.

Uh and so that's the purpose of that message.

Because the president as a matter of fact, there's uh uh a congressional law already enacted, it was part of a uh National Defense Authorization Act.

Uh I don't remember which year it was put into uh that that language was put into it, but that language reaffirmed

that the SF three twelve gives it gives us the ability to speak to Congress or other members of the executive branch in a classified environment to talk about classified matters.

And

So that MDAA has a section with that language for the UAP topic.

It's already there.

But President Trump's recent order uh saying that we're waived from the SF 312 to speak about classified UAP information to and it's deliberately specific specified as arrow and pursue.

It's only for

the two uh it's only for the Aero Agency, which is part of the ODNI and the Deputy Secretary of Defense for Intelligence, uh or the Under I'm sorry, the Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence, and the Pursue Office, which was stood up in the White House recently.

And so we could talk to them and President Trump's order

enforces that.

Um and and so that was kind of dupli uh a duplication or a a redundant order to give because it was already uh embedded in an uh NDAA uh section or a section of an of a recent NDAA some year or two ago.

I can't remember which it is.

Um but it's not the UAP disclosure uh act that uh Senators Rounds and Schumers were trying to get

put into the NDAA and struck out three ti three years in a row.

Okay, so the next thing is is there's a problem also.

And the problem is that NDAA language in President Trump's directive or his order

D did not include an enforceable anti harassment and intimidation.
