Uh there's nothing that can enforce uh

against harassment and intimidation by those within the government or the defense intelligence contracting community against all of those civilian contractor or government uh personnel whistleblowers.

So uh so President Trump did not provide an enforceable protection for whistleblowers in his order, and that was also not in the NDAA uh that that brought up the or that covers the waiver of the SF-312.

Uh and it's not really a waiver.

The S F 312 already allows people to talk to Congress on a classified basis.

It was about the SF it was about the waiver allowing you to talk to Congress.

to other elements of the government about classified UAP information.

That's my understanding of it.

And it make my understanding of that, I haven't read that language, so it could be flawed, but that's what I understand from uh folks uh at the Disclosure Foundation, um and people that have posted their their various uh policies um and guidelines and things.

So um

So we don't have protection for whistleblowers, and there's nothing to enforce it.

So this could still be a problem.

Uh if those who possess the crash retrieval programs or on the portfolio, uh deep down in the weeds, and they don't like the fact that Dave Gresh and I or Dylan Bor Borland and or uh Matt Brown or others are talking.

uh we could be harassed and intimidated and and and hey get guess what Dave Brush already was.

Um he already was back in twenty twenty two uh after he filed his whistleblower complaint with the inspector general of the intelligence community.

So we need a strong affirmative

Or firm, I guess that's the better word, uh whistleblower protections.
