So there are deficiencies found.

that suggest to them, the background investigators, that these guys are not gonna be qualified to have that type of clearance.

So we're gonna fail 'em and we're not gonna tell our our contractor why.

So so those guys don't get to take that job.

They just stay right where they were working at the time.

They are they already were employed with those TSSCIs, so they could keep going forward.

They're not fired.

They just don't get to switch switch jobs.

So this is the most difficult security clearance to acquire.

It is not easy.

And therefore, the people and therefore the number of people that can acquire those clearances is a tiny proportion of all the people with the secret, the lesser number of people with top secret, and the fewer number of people that have secret or top secret with SCI.

And um and I think we've done acknowledged special access programs just like the remote viewing program that Hal Putoff ran at SRI uh during the cold war, and that is uh the number of people is is is even fewer in his operation than uh a regular SAP um or or any T SCI.

So it's not easy.

Get enough people to work on these on this program.

And it's even worse to get them into a larger group of people who can exchange information and and and uh and help each other come up with solutions to stuff.

They just can't do it in large numbers be like the Manhattan program because uh uh SAP and Wave Done Acknowledge SAPs are all supremely stowpiped.

There are people out there, writers, future right, futurists, and so forth, making all this.

Well, you you whistleblowers are making all these claims about crash retrievals and stuff.
