I think you almost become more like a number instead of an actual client where you personally know everything that's going on in the wedding day and situation.
And it just makes a huge difference.
Do you have any funny stories or anything that you could share from past experience?
And I remember that.
I remember that like it was yesterday.
You were exhausted.
No, I think you're at the sweet spot right now.
Well, just like in Vegas that we went just a few months back.
You were involved in a lot of the floral and decor seminars and the latest and greatest on the East Coast.
and malfunctioned because back then we didn't have the alarms and the coolers like we can have now and it froze all the flowers and you found this out the morning of the wedding but you were still able with your connections and this is why connections are so important too I think in the industry because you had wonderful connections.
so i was able to um just handle it and fix everything and well i was so impressed how you you were able to recreate that wedding again a second time the morning of the wedding yep they they never knew yeah until f later when we shared the story of what happened yeah they never knew that that actually happened yeah and those were old that was an old cooler too so now they are
And that's a big one that brides need to keep in mind too, is the expense involved with those things for a good florist to really make everything as fresh as possible the day of the wedding.
You can't just leave them sitting out.
You have to have those coolers and the investments and the alarms and big enough coolers and more than one to spread those flowers out.
And in case something like that ever happened again, you've got that other cooler with additional flowers in it.
So I just remember that.
And I was so impressed on how you were able to whip that all together again and still get it delivered.
