Why were those six people picked?

Since we had learned that sort of anybody can do this, we were actually raising money for a school that was being put together.

So I just went to the board of directors and said, OK, I'm going to give you a crash course over the weekend in, quote, remote viewing of the type we train intelligence officers to do.

And so you're going to be it.

So it was the board of the school?

Yeah, the board of the school.

They all knew what I did for a living.

Yeah, I briefed all the way up to Bill Casey, the director of the CIA.

If it does, you wouldn't hear about it.

Why?

Why?

because it would be a black, highly classified program.

Why?

Because we don't want our adversaries to know how we might be getting access to their data.

You just told us.

But people can not believe that, and that's fine.

But aren't you under some sort of contract?

Well, as it turns out, the CIA and DIA also went to the DIA.

That program finally got declassified at the level that it was operating at and that you can go to the CIA reading room and you can get all the documents on it.
