I do think that we might find out down the line that a lot of that unaccounted money has gone towards this technology race and funding this effort.

And look, the other thing that's worth saying is we just honed in on US defense contractors.

And did they have that?

They don't want to disrupt their other interests.

There's total possibility for that.
