with the aspects of our personality that we may be struggling with.
And even people like me who have been meditating for a while and write books about it, I continue to be a schmuck in lots of ways.
But the trajectory is the right one for me.
And so you can be this little node of sanity
And so that's the experience I want people to have.
Like you can improve your life and it matters.
